the bathroom was outdated. but the staff was very welcoming! our room had a nice view of the city. plus the restaurant offered delicious meals. loved the proximity to the beach!

Generally, the place was popular and had really helpful and genuinely helpful staff who was completely on track in looking after my request. The room was well-appointed with 2 queen beds, I felt comfortable there. The outdoor bar was lively!

Definitely, there was social distancing missing.

I had an excellent experience and will be back, liked the city and hotel. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was tasty. Wake-up service, available in my queen room, was a nice bonus. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Waterslide. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.

Great location on English bay. Bud at door, steps to Stanley Park, Tims across the road, Starbucks at corner, bike rental across the road. Very comfortable room with balcony and view if bay. Nice friendly location close to harbour. Nice hotel Restaraunt and lounge.
